Daria Żurawlowa is a Polish pianist recognized for her artistic maturity, expressive depth, and highly personal musical voice. Her interpretations are distinguished by clarity, sensitivity, and a refined sense of musical narrative.

She is the founder and Vice President of the Elena Aleksiejuk Foundation and co-creator of several international artistic initiatives. She is also a founding member of the Rachmaninow Piano Duo.

Daria Żurawlowa graduated from the Academy of Music in Bydgoszcz, where she studied under Professor Ewa Pobłocka. She continued her artistic development at the Conservatori Superior de Música del Liceu in Barcelona, studying with Professor Stanislav Pochekin.

In 2014, together with Arnold Gniwek, she founded the Rachmaninow Piano Duo (rachmaninow.com). As a chamber musician, she has performed extensively across Europe, appearing in renowned concert halls such as L’Auditori in Barcelona, Gran Teatre del Liceu, Montserrat Caballé Hall, the Auditorium of Palma de Mallorca, Victoria Eugenia Theatre in San Sebastián, the National Philharmonic in Warsaw, and the Polish National Radio Symphony Orchestra Hall in Katowice.

She is a laureate of more than 40 national and international piano competitions, including:

  • 1st Prize – International Piano Competition Eugenia Verdet (Barcelona, Spain)
  • 2nd Prize – International Piano Competition Joventuts Musicals (Vilafranca del Penedès, Spain)
  • 2nd Prize – International Piano Competition (Druskininkai, Lithuania)
  • 1st Prize and two special awards (for the best interpretation of Chopin’s Polonaise and Waltz) – International Chopin Piano Competition (Varna, Bulgaria)

Alongside her performing career, Daria Żurawlowa is actively involved in artistic and organizational work, supporting young musicians and contributing to the development of international piano competitions and educational initiatives.
