- Sending occasional information about related competitions organized by the Universal Maestro Society (you may unsubscribe at any time)

4. Data Relating to Minors
Our competitions are open to participants of all ages, including minors.
By submitting an application, you confirm that:
- You are the participant or their parent/legal guardian
- You have the legal authority to provide consent
- You consent to the use of submitted data, recordings, and images for competition and promotional purposes
We handle data relating to minors with particular care and only within the educational and artistic scope of the competition.
5. Data Access and Sharing
- Organizers have access to full application data, including contact and payment status
- Jurors have access only to data necessary for evaluation (recordings, name, age, country, repertoire)
- We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes
- Payments are securely processed by external providers (e.g., Stripe); we do not store payment credentials
6. Data Retention
Data may be stored indefinitely as part of the competition’s archival records, including results, recordings, photos, and biographies submitted with consent.
You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 8).
