Our competitions are open to musicians of all ages, including children under the age of 18.

By submitting the application form, you confirm that:

  • You are either the participant or their parent/legal guardian and have the legal authority to provide consent
  • You grant permission for the submitted data, photo, and video to be used for competition purposes and promotional materials

All data related to minors is handled with particular care and used strictly within the educational and artistic context of the competition.


5. Who Has Access to the Data

  • Organizers have access to all personal data submitted via the form, including contact and payment information.
  • Jurors have access only to artistic materials (video/audio, name, age, country, repertoire) necessary for evaluation.
  • No data is sold or transferred to third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.
  • Payments are processed securely through third-party payment platforms; we do not store payment credentials.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

We store data indefinitely as part of our archival records of past competition editions. This includes prize listings, videos, photos, and biographies submitted with consent.
