Dr Jan Gazdzicki is a pianist, composer, and piano educator whose artistic profile extends beyond traditional performance practice into conducting, composition, and musicological research.
His work reflects a broad musical perspective, combining performance, academic inquiry, and innovative approaches to music education and creativity.

In addition to his performance career, he is the inventor of the innovative music application TunyStones™ and the CEO of Swiss MusicLab, where he explores new intersections between music, technology, and education.
Since 2016, he has been a faculty member at the Akademie für Musik Basel in Switzerland. As a pianist, he has performed extensively across Europe, appearing as a soloist with orchestras such as the Opole Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra, the Sinfonisches Orchester der Stadt Heidelberg, and Capella Villa Duria.
He has participated in numerous radio and broadcasting productions since 1996. His recordings, including works by Johann Sebastian Bach and Arthur Honegger, have been released by Ars Musici.
Jan Gazdzicki is a laureate of several international piano competitions, including:
- 1st Prize – Willy Bissing Competition (Hanau)
- 3rd Prize – International Piano Competition (Palma de Mallorca)
- Special Prize – Deutsche Stiftung Musikleben (for the best interpretation of contemporary music)
Alongside his artistic career, he remains actively engaged in research, composition, and the development of innovative educational tools for musicians.
